Everest region Trekking is a dream trip for the passionate walkers. Everest Region Trekking fascinates 25 % of the total foreign travelers and trekkers in Nepal despite the fact that the similar treks are relatively very cheap in other regions. This number of the trekkers in this region is the second largest. The Everest region has also gained its popularity for mountaineering, peak climbing and expedition. The ultimate goal of an Everest Region Trekking is the Everest Base Camp Trekking at an elevation of about 5345 m.
For those who would like to see both the Annapurna and Everest areas and would like to do this in comfort, we can wholeheartedly recommend this trip. Four days of easy walking in the foothills north of Pokhara provide a sublimely picturesque introduction, before we take a private flight directly to Lukla and begin a second short trek up to Namche Bazaar. We have time to explore this thriving Sherpa 'capital', to visit the nearby villages of Khunde and Khumjung and to enjoy world-famous views of Everest and Ama Dablam. Flying back to Kathmandu from the airstrip at Syangboche (just above Namche) means we don't even have to hike back down to Lukla. Using first class hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and absolutely the best standard of lodge available in each of the areas we visit, this really is a 'pampered' trekking holiday.
